Good to know.
What infrastructure providers are supported?+
Starter and Growth deploy to PIRAPLEX standard targets - a managed database and hosting configured for you. Team adds custom infrastructure targets so you can point builds at the environment your organization already uses. If a specific target matters to you, Contact us before you sign up.
Who owns the code that gets built?+
You do, on every plan. The generated codebase is standard, readable source that you can export in full and take to your own repository and hosting. PIRAPLEX is where it gets built, not where it stays.
What are the contract terms?+
Starter and Growth are self-serve with no long-term commitment - you can stop at any time and keep the code you have exported. Team is arranged directly with us so the workspace, infrastructure targets, and support fit how your team works.
What happens to a project if I change plans?+
Your projects and their exported code stay yours. Moving between plans changes limits and available features going forward - it does not take away what a build has already produced.
