Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PIRAPLEX service provided by PIRAPLEX Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using PIRAPLEX on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

PIRAPLEX plans and builds software using coordinated AI agents that generate a data model, backend, frontend, and infrastructure from a description you provide, and can deploy the result. The build process is shown to you as it runs.

Because builds are generated, output can vary. We work to make results correct and consistent, but you are responsible for reviewing what is built before you rely on it in production.

You are responsible for the credentials sent to you after signup and for activity under your account. Keep your login details secure and let us know promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

The code our agents generate for your project is yours. You may export it and use it, including commercially, and take it to your own repository and hosting.

PIRAPLEX Private Limited retains all rights in the platform itself - the Piraplex Engine, agents, orchestration, and website - which are not transferred to you by these terms.

When you ask PIRAPLEX to deploy, you authorize it to provision and configure the resources that build needs, using access scoped to the specific target. You are responsible for the infrastructure a project runs on after it is built, and for any third-party services it depends on.

Do not use PIRAPLEX to build or deploy anything unlawful, or to infringe others' rights, breach security, or generate systems intended to harm. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that put the service or others at risk.

Starter and Growth are self-serve and can be stopped at any time; code you have exported remains yours. Team is arranged directly with us, and the specific commercial terms are set out in that arrangement. Feature and usage limits depend on your plan.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided as-is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update or change features as the product develops, and will make reasonable efforts to avoid disruption to active work.

To the extent permitted by law, PIRAPLEX Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office in Maharashtra. For any question about these terms, reach us through the contact page.
