This policy explains how PIRAPLEX Private Limited handles information in connection with the PIRAPLEX service - the platform that plans and builds software using coordinated AI agents. It covers our website, the signup and contact forms, and the builds you run.

Account information you provide directly: your name, email address, and optionally the company or project you are building for.

Build information: the specs you describe, the code and data models our agents generate for you, and the build history that lets you keep working across sessions.

Deployment configuration: the environment settings and scoped credentials needed to provision and deploy a project you ask us to build.

Basic technical information your browser sends, such as general request data used to keep the service secure and working.

To create and operate your account and run the builds you request.

To send you the credentials and account details you need after signup, and to respond to inquiries you send through the contact form.

To provision and deploy the resources a build needs, using access scoped to that specific project.

To keep the service secure, diagnose problems, and improve how the Piraplex Engine works.

When you sign up or contact us, your details are delivered to our team by email through a transactional email provider so we can act on them. We use your email to send account-related messages, including your login credentials after signup, and to reply to your inquiries. We do not sell your contact details.

The code our agents build for you is yours. We store it while your project is active so you can keep building and can export it in full at any time. When you delete a project, its generated code and associated data are removed from active systems on request.

Credentials used to deploy are scoped to the specific target for a project and are used only to provision and deploy what that project needs. They are stored as configuration, never written into the source code that is generated for you. On Team plans with custom targets, you control exactly what access is granted.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate - for example, the infrastructure that runs builds and the email provider that delivers form submissions and account messages - and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law.

We keep account and build information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of a project or your account, after which we remove the associated data from active systems, subject to any obligations that require us to retain certain records.

You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your information by contacting us. You can also decline to provide information that is optional, though some features may not work without the required fields.
